Rancho Murieta Connect ("RMC") is a free, independent community resource. This Privacy Policy explains how RMC collects, uses, displays, shares, and retains information submitted through the RMC website and through Meta/Facebook/Instagram Instant Forms.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use RMC, you may submit:

- Business or organization name;

- Business or organization descriptions;
- Logos and business photographs; and
- Private notes, questions, or inquiries.

2. Meta/Facebook/Instagram Instant Forms
If you submit a Meta Instant Form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may prefill the form and transmit to RMC the contact information you select or confirm. Meta separately processes information under Meta's Privacy Policy. RMC may use information received from an Instant Form to contact you about creating or completing a free directory listing.
3. Public and Private Information
Information approved for a directory listing—such as a business or organization name, public contact details, service area, links, descriptions, logos, and business photographs—may be displayed publicly on the RMC website.
Private notes, administrative communications, and unpublished submissions are not intended for public display. Listing information is published only after RMC's review and approval process. Please do not submit information for public listing that you do not want displayed publicly.
4. How We Use Information
RMC may use submitted information to:
- Review and process directory listing submissions;
- Communicate with you about a listing, event, or inquiry;
- Maintain and administer the directory;
- Prevent fraud, spam, misuse, and security problems; and
